Both of the below location lease rates work well within my conservative 41 page P & L.
The pro shop will have monitors with each company having a videos of their product line, plus a small inventory of items from each company.

The numbers in the P & L do not reflect any tournaments or special events held at the facility.

I will be aggressively developing programs in community centers, recreations centers, Boy & Girls Clubs, YMCA's, JCC's, Temples, churches, etc... truly impacting the growth of our sport here in Tampa Bay. In time I plan on having other location spread throughout Florida and then the country. As you are aware I volunteer with a great group of doers in our sport that truly get things done. They will be the team to open these future locations. I have no concern on their work ethics. With all of us being in our early 30's we are not going away anytime soon. The foundation has been laid, the frame work ready to go, and this patient architect work of art is about to be built.

The two below are two possible sites for the larger concept.

This location is a 1/3 rd cheaper than the location on the right.

This location is on a very busy Corner. That corner also sits at a traffic light. It's 10 min. from Tampa International. Just 2 minutes away from one of the premier communities in Tampa.

This 19,560 sq space has over 16 stalls, 2 showers, and offices ready to move into. I will have to raise the ceiling, improve the floor, create a pro shop, and build a cafe.

This location is centrally located with over 2.1 million people within 30 to 45 min.

 

This location is also centrally located but on the opposite side of the bay.

This location also has 2.1 million people within 30 to 45 min. It's also on a very busy road. This location is 15 min. from Tampa International

This wide open 12,600 sq foot space build out cost are considerably less than the one on the left.

It currently has only a couple of restroom stalls; therefore, I will have to add a few more stalls, an office, a storage closet, cafe back room, cafe, party room, and pro shop.
